Keep your Matterport spaces after you cancel
Move your spaces before the plan ends, so their links and Mattertags keep working.
What happens when you cancel
Matterport keeps the spaces, but nobody can open them.
Matterport's help pages say spaces stay in your account after a plan ends, but visitors cannot open them and the tours embedded on your website stop showing. Exports such as the E57 can only be ordered while a space is active, so move each space before you cancel. Our Matterport overview compares what each export holds.
Move every space at once
Paste all your links, or upload a list of them, and Spacery brings them over in turn.
In your Spacery account add a space and choose to bring over Matterport spaces. Paste their links one per line, or upload a CSV file with the links in any column, and confirm once that you own the spaces or have their owners' permission.
Each space starts when the one before it is ready, up to 15 a day, and one page follows every link until the list is done. A space of about 140 scans takes a few minutes, with its panoramas, its 3D model and its Mattertags.
Swap the tours on your website
Replace each Matterport embed with the new space's embed code.
Open each space on Spacery, choose Share and copy its embed code, which can start at the view you are looking at. Embedding a tour shows where the code goes in WordPress, Squarespace and Wix.
Keep a copy of your own
Download every file, so a space never depends on one host.
Download everything on each space's page gives you the panoramas, the model, your tags and tours, and a README in one zip. Downloading a tour explains how to open it with no connection.
